I can sign in but a page looks empty, what should I check first?

Most empty lists are a visibility question, not a bug. Check that you are signed into the correct organization account, that any filters are cleared, and that records exist for your scope. See 'Why can't I see my records?' for the full checklist.

My form did not save. What happened?

Accepted Answer

Usually a required field was missing or the connection dropped. The platform shows an inline message when a save fails and your entries stay in the form, correct the highlighted field and save again.

How do I report a problem that is not listed?

Use the public contact form (choose the support topic) or the contact option in the in-app help panel. Include the page you were on and what you expected to happen.
