Yes. Customer contacts with portal access can submit a new work request from the customer portal; it arrives in your Work Requests list with status New.

What happens after I mark a request completed?

Completed work is ready for the inspection report lifecycle and invoicing. The request stops appearing as active work on the dashboard.

Can I reassign a request after it is scheduled?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open the request and change the assigned technician and scheduled date at any time. Every change is recorded in the audit trail.

Why can't I see a customer in the request form?

Accepted Answer

Only customers within your organization appear. If a customer is missing, add it on the Customers page first, then it becomes selectable on requests and quotations.
