Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1

    Enquiry and quotation

A customer asks about work; the scope is quoted with amount, validity, and (on acceptance) the PO recorded.

  2. 2

    Work request

The accepted scope becomes a work request carrying customer, site, asset, method, and PO.

  3. 3

    Scheduling and readiness

A certified technician is assigned and a date set; qualifications and equipment calibration are checked on the registers.

  4. 4

    Field inspection

The technician reviews the job package and records date, location, result, and findings.

  5. 5

    Review and approval

The report is submitted, examined by a reviewer, and, when sound, approved with a recorded signature and dates.

  6. 6

    Release and customer access

Delivery releases the approved report to the customer portal; the customer retrieves it themselves.

  7. 7

    Invoicing and history

The completed work is billed against the request, and the audit trail plus asset history preserve the full record.

Expected result

You can trace any finding back to the request that authorized it and forward to the invoice that billed it.
