Document Control
AvailableOne governed library where the current revision of every SOP, template, and procedure is unambiguous.
The operational problem it solves
Reference documents live in personal folders and email attachments. No one is sure which revision is current, who approved it, or where the superseded copies went.
Who uses it
- QA managers
- Technical authorities
- Administrators
When it is used
Used whenever controlled reference documents, SOPs, templates, compliance documents, manuals, need governed storage.
What information goes into it
- Document title and category (SOP, inspection template, compliance, manual, other)
- Version identifier
- The file itself
What the user can do
- Store controlled documents with category and version
- Record who uploaded each file
- Keep superseded versions for history instead of deleting them
- Filter the library by category
Validation and permission checks
- Title and category are required
- Documents are visible within your organization's tenant only, never public
- Technique sheets add draft / approved / superseded lifecycle with preparer and approver
Statuses you will see
- Versioned
- Each file carries an explicit version number; outdated versions are superseded, not deleted.

What it produces, and where it goes next
A governed document library where 'which revision is current' has one answer.
Limitations and prerequisites
Per-customer document sets and formal document-number registers are planned refinements; today control is by category, version, and superseding practice.
