Report Approval and Release

No one can prove who approved a released report or which version the customer received. Approval is implied by sending the email, and 'released' and 'draft' are indistinguishable in a shared folder.

The approval signature is a recorded typed-name entry with identity and timestamp, traceable, but not a certificate-based regulated e-signature. Validate it against your quality management system and customer requirements.
